I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, just a few meters away from the Museum of Jade, and close to downtown attractions. The rooms are filled with lovely art and spotlessly clean, although it would be perfect if the windows closed properly. The service was exceptional, even though they stumbled with finding our reservation. The dining experience, which was included in the rate, offered copious amounts of coffee but lacked variety beyond scones. Overall, a great value for money with a few minor hiccups.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was great, just a few meters away from the Museum of Jade entrance, in a nice suburb area of San Jose. The rooms were beautifully decorated with art throughout but lacked proper window closing, giving a slightly uncomfortable feel.
